College Goal Wisconsin Offers Free Help with College Financial Aid Wisconsin students can get free help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at Badger High School in the Recital Hall on Wednesday, November 6.
Financial aid professionals and other educators volunteer at the event to help students and their families complete the FAFSA. Anyone who is planning to pursue postsecondary education in the 2020-21 academic year should complete the FAFSA. That includes high school seniors, continuing college students, transfer students,
and adult students considering pursuing higher education. The FAFSA is the form that must be
submitted in order to be considered for federal and state financial aid including grants and loans.
In addition to getting professional help completing the FAFSA, attendees will have the opportunity to enter a scholarship drawing. Last year, two students who attended the Badger event won $1000 scholarships!
