Who Can Enter
- Entrants must be United States residents who are 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.
- Entrants must have valid identification, including social security number or tax identification number.
- Employees of Lake 961, CTJ Communications, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings) of each are ineligible.
Entry
- Unless otherwise specified, no purchase is necessary to enter.
- Contestants may only win one prize per household every 30 days unless otherwise specified. For contests that run beyond 30 days, contestants may only win one prize per contest.
- Lake 961 Management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters of eligibility and their decisions shall be final. Entry into station contests constitutes agreement by contestant to abide by these rules, as well as any other contest specific rules established by Lake 961.
Prize(s)
- All prizes awarded on-air must be picked up at the Lake 961 Studios at 500 Interchange North, Lake Geneva, during normal business hours of 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
- Prizes will be released to winners only. Winners must present a valid state photo ID at the time they pick up the prize and sign a standard release that releases Lake 961 from liability with respect to the prize. Prizes will not be mailed.
- Lake 961 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value for all contests and giveaways. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
- Prizes not claimed within 30 days of being awarded shall be considered forfeited and disposed of at the discretion of Lake 961 management.
- Winner is responsible for all taxes and gratuity unless otherwise notified by Lake 961.
